The Process
Our working relationship begins with
an initial informal consultation, in
order for us to help you create your
brief and define your expectations.
From this meeting, we will be able to
provide you with a quotation for the
extent of the design work you require.
On approval of this, we will work
with your agreed brief and budget to
prepare a design that will be unique to
you. During this time, you designer
will be regularly in contact with you
to keep you informed of progress and
any queries they may have.
Once your design is complete, we will arrange a presentation meeting to go through the drawings and
designs. This will enable us to discuss any possible changes, agree wall and floor finishes, choose fabric
etc.
If you have requested the complete service then our designer will liaise with the in house fit team and
arrange for an initial site visit. The designer will continue to liaise with the installation team and will
make a number of site visits to ensure your room is transformed as per the design.
